About Us
Forfar Crafts is based in the County of Angus providing card making, scrapbooking and paper craft supplies on-line . Our mission is to provide a broad range of products, at a reasonable price, and, most importantly, in a professional and customer friendly environment.

Area and Currency
At this time Forfar Crafts is happy to accept online purchases from anywhere in the United Kingdom but not from any other country. Payments will only be accepted in British £ Sterling.


Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Take your time to browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Secure payment is performed through our payment service provider Paypal. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Once you have made a payment you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Order confirmation does not indicate that a contract exists between us; this will occur when you receive your invoice. We have included this term in case a mistake is made in pricing or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will contact you before completing the order.

If you do not receive this e-mail, there may be a problem with the contact details you have supplied or your transaction may not have been successful. Please contact us via through our Contact Page if you have any doubts.
Shipping And Handling
Once received your order will be processed ready for shipment. During this process you will receive two e-mails. The first will confirm payment has been received, and the second will confirm your order has been shipped.

Orders will be despatched through Royal Mail, next working day. Larger or higher value orders may require signature on delivery.
Delivery Schedule
Our objective is to offer a fast delivery service with orders being despatched the next working day. Orders received after 3pm on Friday are deemed to have been received the following Monday morning.
Back Orders
Our online shop uses the same principles as a normal shop. If we don't have an item in stock, you won't be able to purchase it. We aim to keep as many products in stock as possible but inevitably, more popular products may be out of stock from time to time.

If more than one customer orders a product at the same time, one of the orders may be accepted, even though the product isn't available. When this happens we will inform you via telephone or e-mail that the item is out of stock and create a back order. As soon as the product is in stock again we will despatch it. We endeavour to fulfill back orders within ten working days but if this is not possible we will contact you about a possible refund.

We aim to keep customers fully notified on back orders through e-mail updates, however should you wish, a refund can be provided on any out of stock items.


Privacy Policy

Forfar Crafts provide customer address details to Royal Mail to allow orders to be delivered. Other than that, your details will never be shared with 3rd parties.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me" Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy" and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be happy with all of your purchases from Forfar Crafts, but we understand that occasionally it may be necessary to return an item. We endeavour to make this process as simple as possible.

You have the right to cancel and return all or any part of your order within seven working days of receiving it. This is in accordance with 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000'


If you receive goods from Forfar Crafts in a damaged or in faulty condition
Please email us through our Contact Page within 7 days with your order reference and reason for return. We will replace or refund the damaged goods as required but we are NOT responsible for damage caused by Carriers. ALL our items are packaged extremely securely and leave our premises in pristine condition.We will also pay for the cost of returning your goods by Royal Mail post or Royal Mail parcels, as appropriate.

If you do not like your goods or have ordered the wrong goods
Please contact us via our Contact Page within 7 days with your order reference and reason for return. Please enclose a note with your order indicating which items are being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned item(s) providing they are returned in their original condition. Sealed packs must be unopened. You must pay for the cost of returning unwanted goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. You should obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit back to us.

We do not offer any exchanges so any substitute goods should be ordered through our website as a new order.
